The next NTWA competition is being held on 28 January 2018 at Crossfit Darwin, 4 Finniss Street Darwin City.

This will be a team competition consisting of teams of 3 males or 3 females. A perpetual shield for best male team and best female team will be up for grabs as well as special individual Australia Day medallions for best male lifter, best female lifter, best junior male lifter and best junior female lifter.

The lifting sessions will be run as normal so individual lifters without a team are welcome and encouraged to participate.

All lifters will need to be capitated members of the NTWA to participate. Keep an eye on your inbox for the new capitation form or message the page and we'll send you a copy.

Spectators are welcome to come and enjoy all the action for free.
