The NTWA Junior program is open for registrations for term 4.
Over 9 weeks, 10-17 year olds learn the key movements of weightlifting in a safe and supervised environment.
Sessions are available Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings and include coaching, programming and insurance.
We also accept school sports vouchers to help reduce the cost.
